GTFA will periodically publish the top male and female athlete rankings based on the World Athletics Scoring Tables.

Overall rankings are composed of the top combined male and female scores.

These rankings are considered in the athlete selection process for major international competitions but are not the only factors.

*NEW * World Athletics Championships Budapest 2023 Qualification period:

​

• Marathon and 35km Race Walk: from 1 December 2021 to 30 May 2023

• 10,000m, 20km Race Walk, Combined Events and Field Events: from 31 January 2022 to 30 July 2023

• All other events: from 31 July 2022 to midnight 30 July 2023
